       Throughout history the majority of people do not try to pack-up and leave until it's too late.Two prudent things you can do:1. Write a list of redlines for when you'd immigrate. 2. Research the answer to questions like "Where will I go?" and "How do I get my money/family out?" etc.

       My list so far:- Freezing the bank accounts and assets of a large number of people I agree with.- An election result being overturned by force.- A term limit increase pushed by a strongman.- The banning of corrective mechanisms (Banning electoral reform, news outlets, alternative political parties)
