Can we , as a community, take a breath on bashing Windows 10 users and stop putting fear into them regarding the end of support of the os.How many of you use an Android phone stuck on Android 10 or 12 ? Because you don't get security patches too. Still not running to change your phone to the latest Xiasung piece of crapware ?Is your toaster out of warranty ? Time to toss it and get a brand new ! Is your car still running on fossils ? Dear god little one, time to find a ditch to ditch it and buy an EV , with luck the onboarding system will be based on linux ! Or maybe Freebsd !Oh should I get started on the Infinite, black hole sized , glob of linux servers on the web still rocking fucking Debian 6 ? So, shut your snout and stop fucking try to force enroll people using linux when you're unable to maintain your own devices .

@shalien Except Microsoft can prevent your secureboot to boot if they so wish. Which is scarier than missing secu fix.

@squalouJenkins Great point indeed. On most computers it is too technical for grandma to disable secure boot but making that move would also mean they're ready to take the world in hostages including their partners. Pretty sure the UEFI alliance would not survive and every Mobo maker would scramble to revoke Microsoft keys
