@goinfawrWow. Well that goes against the grain of liberal ideas,... but it's not entirely implausible that in some fantasy of a fair world, the sorts of crimes people get up to likely do line up with that observation.But it also ignores at least some of how and why there are poor and rich people, and how people come to make bad decisions (certainly some or many are "free will" etc). But he was a decent judge I guess. I'll ask my boyfriend the lawyer what he thinks of Posner. That's for posting that. I lurv things outside of linear thinking.
