⚠️🚨‼️ CALLING AN ALARM FOR ALL US LOLICONS ‼️🚨⚠️If you receive a letter from T-Mobile calling you out for fueling your depravity through their network it is FAKE.Yes, the letter itself is real. It is a physical thing you receive in the mail. But it's not from T-Mobile! The exact party behind it or motivation is unclear at this time but T-Mobile is not blocking Baraag, ATF, Gelbooru or similar.Read more here: https://linustechtips.com/topic/1623972-someone-is-mailing-t-mobile-us-customers-fake-notices-shaming-their-online-activity/#news #currentevents #isp #tmobile #bizarre #ltt #weird #usa

@InvincibleSugar I've been threatened with worse. But in all reality it's probably just some person who doesn't like this type of stuff that they're trying to fear monger by just sending out Mass letters to basically anyone. Trust me if your service provider had an issue with them they would let you know* personally haha!

@Mr_NutterButter well that is possible, but so far no one has come forward claiming to have received one of these letters and not be a T-Mobile customer. It appears only T-Mobile customers have received them, which raises questions about how whoever is sending them got those names and addresses.

@InvincibleSugar that does raise an eyebrow about how they were able to send it and why specifically only this provider but T-Mobile is known for heading shitty security so it wouldn't be that surprising if something got compromised on their end and you didn't know for months.

@dbzwii09 yeah, but that would take a lot of effort. Whoever this is, they have to know a list of real T-Mobile customers, their names and addresses. They have to spend money, printing these letters, putting them an envelopes and purchasing stamps or postage to send them. It's likely beyond what a single person could do given the current scale we know of. If a group of activists is doing this, it would take significant resources. And where do they get the information? Names and addresses.

@dbzwii09 if you mean using AI to fake the images, I don't think so. Too many users, both established users who have used their platform for a long time and brand new accounts joining just to ask about this letter, the way the letters are redacted is different for each one, the way they are shot is different. I think there's just too much variance for this to be AI generated. Plus the text is basically perfect on every page. AI has gotten better at making text but not this good.

@winterfairy2022 it's not an email. It's a physical letter being sent in the mail.
