       My intention was to grow zucchini, but what I got was some pumpkin like mutants. Wondering if the seed supplier had some unfortunate cross pollination. The color and stripes look like zucchini.

       @necktweaker They have slightly superior texture for grilling or sauteing compared to the oblong zucchini I have grown before.

       @msdosfx Thanks my friend. I never heard about this syndrome. We have eaten them since August, but they are not bitter, and that seems like the main factor correlated with those toxins.Anyway, your warning is much appreciated.
