       @Oversleeper With intermittant minor insomnia issues and other strange sleep schedule stuff on my end, mixed with work demanding I'm up at particular times on work days, I feel you here. I wish you the best in feeling well-rested at some point and getting to enjoy a future day off - wasted ones are never fun, even if the sleep is needed.

       @Oversleeper that's the same boat I'm in. Been experiencing insane jet lag since I got back to America, I can't get enough sleep now, exausted throughout the entire day 😪😪😪
