OK, some research shows that Meshtastic and Meshcore networks can't talk to one another.I was hoping for this to be a bit more ubiquitous than it seems to be. I've also seen people commenting about Meshtastic that they're tried to talk to people in the many nodes that show up, and no one has ever replied.I'm not as excited about this as I was a few hours ago.#Mesh #Meshcore #Meshtastic

@Ricardus a bridge should be technically possible, no? Have e.g. a raspberry pi connect to a meshcore node and repeat on a meshtastic node - and the opposite direction. I see it more of a split of communities and mindsets. The same way you could build a bridge e.g. to mastodon 👀

@djh Yeah, I've seen a bridge spoken about but no one (AFAIK) have built one.I was just hoping this tech would be in wider use, but it doesn't seem to be,
