       @DrRyanSkelton I think the best way to describe it so far:My Pre-Sequel playthrough, I got 1 legendary drop after killing the final boss. I've currently already gotten 2 legendaries, one of which was trash and sold, in 3. It's like when they gave you the power armor in FO4 at the beginning. Kinda cheapens it

       @DrRyanSkelton @Wiz actually, Borderlands 1 was pretty passable and fun, especially for the time it was released, and Borderlands 2 improved a lot on that and was where the series "peaked".Everything after that is downhill, so if you think 1 and 2 are slop, you are in for a ride.

       @MeBigbrain @DrRyanSkelton @Wiz yeah, that was definitely a problem in 1 that they improved in 2.1 had only a couple of enemies, and it was overall a very simple game. As I said, it's something that, at the time it was released, was pretty cool because we didn't have looter shooters, and it was pretty fun to play.But I wouldn't, in the year of our Lord 2025, willingly install and play Borderlands Remastered, for instance.

       @Suzu @MeBigbrain @DrRyanSkelton @Wiz :cat_laugh: I saw Synth's "review" of Borderlands 4, it seems that the game has that exact issue, there's like 100 enemy types, but it's actually 4 enemies with slight adjustments. The same issue with the guns.And just watching it as well, I don't get the appeal, Synth was bored out of his mind playing with friends. Imagine that. :huh:

       @Suzu @DrRyanSkelton @Wiz Borderlands was treated as a technical marvel because "zomg six gorillion guns," but in hindsight it was six or seven guns with different dressings. Kind of emblematic of the whole AAA game industry now.
