Dies sei hier nicht festgestellt, der Nachmittagskaffee offenbar mehr eine Gewohnheit gewesen.Also: Morgenkaffe -> Versichert. Nachmittagskaffee -> Nicht versichert.

       @grillchen @lain This seems to be about work insurance not paying for something that clearly happened at the workplace. Not sure anyone sued anyone.

       @raucao @lain yeah they had to go through 4 instances to get paid. the court decided coffee in general can be simply for pleasure and not for work. therefore it isnt insured per se. but it is insured if it is necessary to keep your concentration.  since she had a habit of drinking coffee each day at the afternoon it was a pleasure. but she got paid anyway because the reason she was hurt was she slipped on her way to the coffee. and the reason she slipped was due to floor being "unusually" slippery. the room she slipped in was the break room which can be also used for work there it was part of the work environment.she had to sue the insurance to get paid
