       Are there any simple options for denoising images?I'm seeing artists rely on adversarial noise (why the hell?) and it makes their artpieces look like they're partly covered in garbage.

       @lispi314 depends what kind of noise you're dealing with. if periodic noise you can use fouier transforms.  if random noise there are blurs and unsharp masks, despeckling and so on that come as filters in most image editors like photoshop and presumably gimp

       @meowski So it'll be much of a case-by-case thing because most tooling isn't being made for human use and tolerance to noise is being implemented directly in "AI" scrapers?Still, I suppose if I come across anything I particularly like it might be worth the effort.

       @lispi314 imagemagick has some filters. i'm sure there are numerous libraries for python and other languages you could use as well
