       The way this will work is…Big Tech will get exemptions from the administration once they commit to multi-billion-dollar purchase orders from Intel. Smaller firms will get no exemptions. This will further entrench Big Tech, which is good for them, and make them more exposed to the administration, which is good for the administration.
