@Lightfighter I really get this, but I also need to point out how it's wrong, because it's about therapy. Therapy very often means behavioral therapy and often cbt, which is about introducing a cognitive step between an environmental trigger and your emotional response to it. It can help, even with climate stress (it's stress if there is a stressor, not anxiety).
