       @dyckron > wait times “have exploded” to as long as 3.5 hoursI’m curious if that means people are waiting 3.5 hours on hold once they get into the hold queue, and that doesn’t include the hours they spend redialing the number because they get an automated message saying to call back later.I read another article saying that tax accounting teams often have one member of staff spending all day with the singular task of trying to get through to the CRA. And at least with my accountant when he does get through to an agent he’s keeping them on the line to deal with as many of his clients’ issues as possible.It’s ridiculous.
