@nicholas Just trying things. I first want to build the habit. I'm not looking to bulk up, but I'm starting to get a lil pudgy in my tummy, so I mainly want to maintain a calorie deficit so that I lose some of that fat.That's why I'm not concerned about what I do, as long as I do something.
