One time we got a call from a customer who found us on Google looking for vendor-authorized warranty tool repair shops. My position was that the creator of any AI system that encouraged someone to kill themselves "put in motion an illegal enterprise" and would therefore be punishable as a principal. It could be argued that supplying training data (by agreeing to an End User License Agreement or accepting Terms of Use) has also "put in motion an illegal enterprise" (though it might be harder to get a favorable judgement while arguing that).
