       omg the preinstalled OS on this Compaq was so bloated, no wonder it was using swap instantly on boot. It was using ~250 MB RAM on boot, but this fresh install of XP Pro SP3 only uses 120 MB.

       @RK7 Got a GT 240 in it and plan to add an extra gigabyte of RAM. Want to do something with it, BUT THE AUDIO DRIVERS WON'T INSTALL I'VE BEEN AT THIS FOR THREE HOURS :kirbyangery:
