       If you become continually violently exercised about stuff that has as much actual import to you if it happened on Mars, you are probably seriously behind on your chores.  Do your laundry.  Wash the car.  Clean the gutters.  You'll feel better, and you'll, for that time, improve the world by not imposing your temporary psychosis on everybody else.
