       I'm setting up a new 401k for employees.1 have 2 choices.choice 1. I contribute 3% to each employee regardless of whether or not they contribute.Choice 2. I match 100% of their contributions up to 4% of their pay.I can't survey employees about this and am having trouble deciding.  I would really like to do a hybrid, 3% fixed and 100 % match up to 2% of pay, but that isn't an option.I suspect the first is better for struggling employees but 2nd has more potential.Which would U prefer?
