It describes the Occupy movement but it also describes the alt-right. Even if the popular uprising going on in Nepal can't be reduced to outrage against the government's social media ban, there's no doubt it was a major aggravating factor. Anglophone governments who are considering or trying to carry on our social media bans for young people, take note.
