@Nonilex So it looks like people in the USA (citizens and otherwise) have no 1 4 10 or 14 amendment protections...& that's so weird because, regarding #4, #habeascorpus goes back quite a while as a concept. Centuries.And with #scotus entrenching racial profiling as legal and not unreasonable, and no longer needing a warrant, despite those literal words in the constitution, does that exhaust all bureaucratic processes to enforce the rule of law in the USA?It looks like that's a yes, to me.

@Nonilex Who the hell knows the name of the hospital where they were born? Do any of these ICE goons? They act as if they gestated in a toxic soup rather than a mother's womb. Many of those hospitals have probably closed. And home birth is not predictive of immigration status. The question isn't appropriate, except as a way to elicit an, "I don't know," which confirms for ICE the illegitimacy of their target's presence in the US.

@Nonilex Yes. One time when I visited Ireland, I was sitting in the Dublin airport bar with an older Irish couple headed to Portugal on holiday. They casually mentioned their two daughters were in San Francisco, but there illegally. Like it wasn't a big deal. They would go in and out via Canada.

How many of these stops is an unacceptable amount? 10? 20? 365? Because the features being used to determine whether someone is an alien don't go away after you get released, dumbasses.
