@Nonilex He didn’t proffer this argument in the hopes of winning. It was always to induce delay, which was and will continue to be a successful strategy since the Extreme Court will surely put the appeal of this no-brainer decision way behind the back burner, and may revisit it in some future term when it’s no longer relevant.

@Nonilex I mean, what is this world coming to if the POTUS - in his official capacity - can’t say “she’s ugly” as an excuse as to why he didn’t sexually assault someone, instead of…I don’t know… “it’s morally reprehensible to sexually assault someone. I’m very sorry I had any part in causing her stress, discomfort or harm - and will be resigning my position.”?
