The account at https://troet.cafe/@m7moodfamily (@m7moodfamily@troet.cafe) is a scam. It’s got hundreds of posts even though it joined yesterday and it links to gaza-verified.org even though we have not verified it.I’m also seeing copies of the account on troet.cafe and elsewhere. Be careful with any accounts that contain “moodfamily” in the name.I reported it to troet.cafe yesterday but no action has yet been taken.If there is a real Mahmoud family account please contact me and we’ll verify you.If you’re the person running the scam accounts: stop! @edendestroyer Well, there’s a self-written piece of text in the bio that says it was verified by Molly Shah. So that doesn’t mean anything. It looks like one person using the same bot everywhere. Not sure if there is a real account somewhere whose content is being copied and a real person/family being impersonated.

@nizarus @palestine Thank you for the suggestion but that’s not the purpose of the site. Verified scam accounts must be removed by server admins.I will, however, add very general instructions on how to recognise the automated scam accounts so people don’t fall for them.
