@Nonilex This is the equivalent of driving a tank over a land border and shooting civilians.If the US thought there were drugs on that boat, the lawful action is to have the law agency with jurisdiction board it (having obtained a warrant from the appropriate, legitimate authorities), and search it.Trump is utterly lawless, and the US military is following his utterly lawless orders.
