       This may sound a little strange, but perhaps it's the time for such a thing... why don't we have community kitchens where anyone can come to eat- but only healthy foods?  That would not only address this problem, but would also help rebuild a sense of community.  If my town was serving a dinner of clean non-gmo sweet corn, potatoes and meat with milk every evening at 5pm, I'd be happy to pay my property taxes to support that, even if I only ate there once or twice a month.  What I don't want to pay for is to make sure that Jamal without a Dad gets Fruit-by-the-Foot, Doritos and Mountain Dew.Please note the emphasis on community here- the Federal government has no place in this, and would just use it as an excuse to poison people... I'm talking about something more akin to grandmas volunteering to cook foods donated or bought from local farms and served church dinner style.
