Lunch. Last of my country pork ribs. Sliced into "medallions and fried in butter. 2 eggs scrambled in the pork fat. I'm hungry!

@MountainJay Yep. Ol' body just been screaming for protein. Didn't have much while I was home. Already can feel the difference. Can walk more than 5 steps without getting wobbly...lol.

@TruckDriver Reminds me of breakfst when I lived in Sweden. I can't remember having bacon but we always had those pork medalions.

@creeksidewilly Actually, for me under my current circumstances, bacon tastes like ash... which is most distressing! I love bacon but not now
