       @clintruin The more we become atomized the easier we come victims to all sorts of things including this. And with systems that have given up on any idea of a social safety net again leads to these type of eventsBut I wouldn't put it on the victims; they are being lied to by every major news organization about the abilities and qualities of this technology to raise stock valueThese people should of had resources to help themInstead these same companies are looting gov's of the US + allies

       @clintruin @ekis Putting your brain in a feedback loop is dangerous, especially if your brain is already messed up.Gambling is one example. Using the Ouija board (which echoes your subconscious back at you) is another.And the current crop of LLMs seem to do the same sort of thing. They will praise and encourage whatever is on your mind. That drives some people even crazier.
