       I just played with #newsboat, I now get notifications on #github releases without sign in, can jump right in releases page for update instructions and download.I get my #youtube channels displayed and can view them (MPV) or directly download them (YT-DLP), with all the unviewed videos via macros.No ads, no shadowbanning no clickbait just beautiful#newsboat #youtube #github #mpv #yt-dlp

       @tinfoil-hat How do I make a #newsboat 2.40.0 compatible RSS feed URL from a #Github repository releases URL? Just adding „.atom“ to the URL of the releases page doesn’t work. I get „Error: feed contains no items“ 🤷‍♂️
