       @Wormwood The type of hyper religious women this is talking about is a statistically anomaly today.Needle in a haystack. Finding a woman who won't divorce rape you is like loading all six chambers of a revolver and praying that you get a dud round, all for no benefit.For those that disagree, what value does marriage bring a man in modern times?Does it prevent female infidelity?Is it required to have kids? Do you need it to live with a woman?How is signing a contract with the state that lets both her and the state rob you of your property and rights to travel freely, in addition to being forced to pay money to someone who left you, to your advantage?

       @Wormwood Did you see this? The only ones who are divorcing are boomers. Once they're through, divorce rate is going to fall back (although not quite to 1940s, but well down). The only issue really is that marriage rate itself is very low. Lots of boys and girls cannot find a mate. But if they do, they mostly stay together.
