       @fulanigirl Hello, we are facing the same dynamic in the Netherlands, and also in Europe. This week I also boosted a podcast about similar dynamics in Israel and India. This is about how the left/progressives should position themselves to beat a global attack on our democracies. Many of those you think are "worse than republicans" are your allies in this fight. We are saying you can't beat them by joining them. If you support a genocide on some people, you oppose human rights for all people.

       @snarkweek I have no problem with allies but allies have to work in conjunction with the communities who are impacted. We have now on several occasions had to caution "allies" who have endangered our vulnerable communities because they do not consult with us ahead of time. Left allies OFTEN ignore the advice of local activists of color. Your national issue is NO excuse for endangering my local community. You are no ally of mine if you come with that "worse than" rhetoric.
