@futurebird ok but what if the reason i do it is that i'm also carrying a bag, and if i put the milk in the bag then there is an increased risk that the croissants might get squished

@futurebird 8 lbs to a gallon right? that's a starter kettlebell. walking around with it is a suitcase carry. do some cleans and presses at intersections waiting to cross. do a set of two-handed swings when you're halfway home.not sure if that's baller or just dorky but might as well get buff while you're randomly strolling around with milk
