       @shortstories Unfortunately, even the old stuff can fall apart when they don't do proper maintenance. And a LOT of industries don't regulate maintenance schedules with specific rules, and the ones which do, their employees don't actually follow the regulations. It's the entire culture and nearly the entire workforce. I know these things from personal experience in many fields throughout my working adult life.But having low-iq retards definitely hurts more than helps.

       @shortstories Its complicated. Western firms have started to do "built to price point", instead of "build the best" around the year 2010. In ALL segments of the industry.
