       @francisscottkey my friend is a Boeing pilot instructor and he told me never fly a Middle East airline because the pilots were spoiled nephews in the royal families and when ever they got stressed flying they would invoke allah to fly the plane. My nickname for him is still allah !

       @francisscottkey He's also leaving out that the Arabs he was commanding are US African-American dumb or worse, maybe more so for Kuwait.~85 is true for the ones surrounding Israel, Gulf has less in some cases like Yemen but I've not studied them seriously, not sure about Kuwait but one survey said ~75 per what I just looked up.

       @francisscottkey I recall a welder preparing to work on an Oil Storage Tank in Russia.  He suggested we stand back.  Sure enough about 15 minutes later the top blew off like a frisbee.Another time they wanted to muve such a tank.  They hooked up two dozers with a chan and started pulling it across the tundra.  Needless to say there was a big buckle where the chain was.  No matter, it was moved.
