Usually, I'm not a huge fan of cheesecake mainly because the store bought kind is way to stiff for my liking. Sarah on the other hand nails the cheesecake perfect. It's soft, creamy but holds its structure with the fruit topping and it is delicious. The way she makes it is the only way I'll eat it.
