@lanodan @dofh_excuses Pretty much. My use cases can be sorted into: EXT4 is most suitable, or ZFS is. BTRFS has always had weird interactions with locking up my entire system if I download games onto it (disabling CoW remedies it, but I still have lockups in some situations.) I also made the mistake of formatting a drive as bcachefs because I thought it looked promising as a GPL ZFS alternative, but I now have zero trust in the main developer and it has been removed from Linux 😭Moral of the story: File systems with a good reputation have that reputation for a reason and should be trusted unless you know you have a specific use case or you're sure you're not making a headache for yourself.
