never really used jitsi.also seems unreasonably hard to install jitsi.prosody and mumble have this shit figured out.meh

@icedquinn Jitsi is peer-to-peer so there's not much advantage to running your own instead of just using https://meet.jit.si.I ran my own Jitsi server in Docker for a while but it was always slower and buggier than the official one.

@adam parts of it are. the hosted bit has to do with organizing the peers (webrtc signalling) and parts aren't (forwarding servers, recording)the last one i looked at was something called plugnmeet which seemed a lot more turn key at the time.(though jitsi also supports phone conferences but thats yet more shit involved)
