To simplify things on Agat 18k you setup exposure using weather icons (visible on upper part of yellow ring) that have their equivalents in aperture numbers (visible on lower part of yellow ring) and each of them has associated shutter speed (defined in camera manual in the range from 1/64 to 1/540) - see how different exposures look in foggy day over ocean coast:
