Is there a way to run `nix-shell` while completely ignoring its `shellHook` attribute? I already tried the bots, the bots lied to me #lix #nix

@RosaCtrlI'd ask whether you're looking for nix-shell -p or for shell.nix behaviour, but nix3-shell is technically the answer for both. Also note that pkgs.mkShell is not intended for this use-case

@nobody hey! Thanks for replying! I’m trying to get the resulting environment of a `shell.nix` without having to wait for its hook to execute. And I prefer to avoid the new commands as long as they are considered experimental
