Family situation is reaching a boiling point and i think it will create a scar between my parents and me with my older brother. Both of my parents are above 80. My brother told them to visit his house daily so they can check his two cats. That moron does not care about both of them being sick and old because he's not the man in the household. ITS HIS WIFE. Both of them dumped their shit pets onto my parents and went for a vacation. They forgot to disarm the alarm and dad could not open the door. He went home. Now im forced to visit those cat shits tonight just to check them out until tomorrow. My dad just threatened to kill his pets next time he visits my brother. I told my dad that i do not know who is the older or younger brother anymore. My mother said that those cats are their children. I do not think i can stop whats going to happen and it will result in someone getting a heart attack. I have to drive all the other side of the province tonight just to check his pets. I really want to hit my brother with a sledgehammer next time i see him.

@Shlomo Drive over there and just let the cats loose. Return them to the food chain. Make it look like they broke out and then mention that you googled it and it said cats get really pissed off at their owners when they leave them for vacations so they feel guilty. Then go hang out with your parents and have a good dinner. Problem solved.

@Shlomo It sucks, placing menial burdens on elderly parents is broken. Selfish people do selfish acts and hardly ever understand their actions.Sad its going to hurt and create chaos in a family, most likely your brother's wife is the core issue of this, so either put pressure on her or try to talk it out with a one on one talk with your brother, I'd suggest the latter at first for damage control.Anyway focus in helping your parents until you can help your brother understand what kind of fucked up bullshit he did, its still on the harmless territory for now, the cats could be brought to a shelter for a week or so, in case, if managing them gets overboard.

@InvictusManeo I went to his house and stayed until my parents arrived. I helped them home again. Dad plans to talk with him and his wife very soon and I will be there with them. Enough is enough.

@InvictusManeo Want to know why i raged yesterday? Dad has diabetes. The type you cannot control yourself if you have to pee. Since my brother told him to visit the house yesterday, and then forgot to remove the vibration status from his phone, he could not hear dad call him. So he stayed outside the house, for at least one hour. Dad called me, not knowing what to do, and i told him to get the hell out of there before something happens to him. He could not pee in the forest because there were a lot of kids nearby, so he had to take the fucking train home. He called me when he arrived home and said his body is hurting a lot. Later, i visited my brothers house while visible raging. This is why dad threatened to kill his cats. And i told mum that i will soon explode if we do not deal with this now.
