It's not about personalities or individuals it is about systems which maintain domination and maintain separation.These systems interconnect and are many. @aral The sad truth is that they know how to drive at the KPIs, even at the expense of others that they abuse, so they'll always be favored from a sheerly financial point of view. Alas, there's no magic wand that can be waved to remove how good they are at gaming the system, to (toxically) drive at KPIs. They can't be trusted on a level of close friendship, but they can be expected to be what a profit-maximizing system would call a "winner"
