There is nothing like self-righteous and secret joy of watching youTube video with 15 views. Excluding your own videos and stuff from people you know what is the most interesting video you've watched recently with very few (ideally under 100) views?

@futurebird Actually, there is one thing even more fun. When you comment on it and the creator sees it and responds with a big thank you.

@futurebird wait aren't we changing the measured system with this experiment? My aunt makes good bird videos but she may have more than 100 videos. 349 for the most recent one. https://youtube.com/@qdoan-is1hu

@futurebird I avoid watching youtube videos with many views...because the video will tell you stuff you're not looking for! Videos with low views, get to the point!

@va2lam I don't think how many videos they've posted is that important. I just wanted to exclude things that have low view counts because they aren't made for "just anyone" to stumble on. Does that make sense?

@va2lam I subscribed to your aunt. It's good photography and nice music. ... think she might ever get into ants? ;)

@va2lam Ah! I was trying to figure out how my post made that confusing. Well, hopefully it's more clear now.

@futurebird I think it was a how-to video about getting a very specific part of my car door handle mechanical innards un-jammed. It was also from about ten years ago, so all hail to those forgotten folks who thought their fix was so important — and unknown — that they took the time to record a low-quality phone video of it for us to find half a generation later!

@nazokiyoubinbou Having a real exchange with the creator is another great reason to like the videos with low views. You get to know people just a little who are interested in things you care about ... and there are fewer ads and nonsense.

@futurebird True enough, though sadly most such interactions on youtube go something like this:"That's a really great cover! I love your technique!""Thank you! I appreciate it so much!"And that's pretty much the end of it, lol.But it depends on what it is. I'm sure informational videos get a lot more interaction.

@futurebird Well, this one's up to 231 views but easily the most interesting I've seen recently that's under 1000. It's a comic book artist that is making wearable armor that looks like tree bark.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wQ_HF6Q2QE

@futurebird I just email her about birds. Maybe I'll slip in a comment about ants some day when emailing my aunt. There were a few places on my recent hike where there really were a lot of ants. I wonder if I got a good picture. I have some butterflies, a slug, and maybe some bees.
