Actually I would bet that this is place-of-birth citizenship, so it doesn't matter who the parents are, someone born in the US territory is considered American. So basically the route to a US passport is just to do birth tourism.

I think tearing apart something that is living and growing is completely different, especially with something that can feel pain. Again, I don't think a ban is necessary, and it's just taking away motherhood, it only should be regulated.

@Red-Potato Feeling pain is completely irrelevant to the argument being made. Either life begins at conception or it doesn't. Don't bitch at people for being consistent and not picking and choosing based on their emotional response.
