       @lunduke Really eye-opening breakdown. IBM’s attempt to rebrand rather than repeal these DEI programs says a lot, especially with lawsuits confirming internal incentives that punished hires based on race/gender. It’s not transparency, it’s evasion. Red Hat’s involvement makes it all the more disappointing.
