       Microsoft just became the second company valued at over $4 trillion. How did they do that? They fired over 15K developers and IT workers this year, saying cost cutting was needed. They also spent over $18 billion on stock buybacks, and the board approved $60 billion in buyback options. They poured $100 billion into AI.
