       @Richard Emperor Aurelian was the first Roman Emperor to realize that Romans didn't actually believe in the old gods.So he tried to synthetically create a new religion out of scratch. But people have to actually sincerely believe in the new religion, in order for that to work.

       @StarProphet There are no Christians on Fedi because it is impossible to counter griefers and bullying without becoming a ruthless sociopath, as I discovered last year.However, more than that, most so-called "Christians" on Fedi are not really Christians, they just latch onto it as part of their antisocial personality.To literally believe in Christ in this age, one needs to adopt several positions on key subjects that I never see articulated on Fedi except by me (with Plotinus Enjoyer).

       @neofugue The only consistent positions of fedi McChristians like Myles Poland, Godcast, and the like... is their pedestalization of women. Their tradcuckery is their only consistent position.Tradcucks were supporting feminist family court ordered child genital mutilation as late as 2019 in the Gab Christianity group, and even as late as 2021, to protect ♀️ feelings.        @StarProphet When I asked my former priest about why he was pedestalizing single mothers instead of encouraging women to marry young, and he said that traditional marriage does not matter because as long as people “believe” they will be saved regardless of what they do, I knew that American Christianity was a lost cause.The future is with traditional Orthodoxy. There is still some energy within traditional Catholicism/Presbyterianism, but mainstream Christianity in America is dead.
