       @lizzie don't let it get to you. the job market is really hard on people. i don't know if you're neurodivergent or have autism but if you do, the workplace is hard on everyone but especially people with disabilities, even if it's just a different neurotype that's holding you back. You can be very smart and capable and still have lots of trouble navigating a neurotypical society. Hell a big reason why I struggle so much is CPTSD I got in parcel from being bullied for being autistic in elementary school. Glad to hear you're mentally healthy and can recognize it.
