       @SneedsterSpeedster yes, you should never smoke,  if you do, your only priority should be to quit. I still use nicotine in form of nicotine pouches,  but they don't contain tobacco,  just taste and nicotine. Though a pretty high dose. Thanks by the way

       @nihilvt @BasedLunatic i remember i only made it like 2 or maybe 3 days without a single cigarette both times i got my wisdom teeth pulledalso, if you actually do quit for a while, consider not picking it back up. the first month is the hardest. i quit a couple years ago and it did eventually get easier

       @warmbeverageenjoyer@fsebugoutzone.org yeah that was my alternative so I wasn't on SSRIs, cannabis is great for managing depression and anxiety so I might just do edibles while my mouth is healing.
