       i need to write a little mobile-friendly web front-end (flask perhaps?) that does a bunch of pings and port twiddling, or log slurping to check when the nuc we ship to customers who want a certain type of assessment comes online. both ups and fedex have been absolute shits these last few days.

       remember whats up gold?remember cacti?those were the good ol days. text config files, one dir full of stuff, MAYBE a tiny mysql db.THAT WAS IT! \o/now if you want graphs its like5 containers, 18 ports, a dozen apis, four places you need to insert creds, elasticsearch, port forwarding - what the fuck! there's more engineering in making a single graph happen now than there was on the entire server that ran cacti.i just want a single page with some 90s style candylike red/green circles
