       @d49a9023a21dba1b3c8306ca369bf3243d8b44b8f0b6d1196607f7b0990fa8df I missed that, but I know that #NoAuthority blocked/muted #Nostr over concerns about unmoderated pornography. Maybe some of the drop in activity was due to #Fediverse users disengaging with the network.

       Kind of misses the point of the protocol, even if I agree with the intent. I don't like seeing garbage here either. We do need better filters, but users will always have to choose those by design. It would make the protocol pointless (for me) if anyone could just moderate the entire protocol for everyone. Options with better defaults would be great.
