@heretical_i I think we should focus on the homeless here and how most of them are insane and on drugs and contribute negative value.You can stage an ad hom later if you want but those arguments rarely go anywhere.

@monarchist It can be that way if a city chooses to run all their homeless programs on federal and state funding like my norcal town does, and theres no funding to house jobless workers you know? but in LA they found 80% were working and simply couldnt afford rent. Aamof a mi wage job doesnt pay the rent anywhere in the US anymore. Here, a studio is 3k a month and the min wage is $16 bucks... all jobs are part time, so you need two, but bus service sux, so you need a car and another job...
