Calling the bank is always a cumbersome experience. It seems like they're always busy, with lots of waiting time, only to be greeted by someone who doesn't fully understand your problem or doesn't have the authority to fix it.

@jorijn The days of people in authority answering open lines seem to be over. Most banks here route us to AI chatbots or call centers abroad now.
